The hospitality from the beginning started horribly. The front desk would not start any check in until we emailed them our vouchers if we hadn’t printed them. A nice full flight of stairs to enter and leave the hotel w no one to assist with luggage. The biggest issue was giving us lofted rooms with narrow, steep stairs and absolutely zero closets, shelves or counters to put any luggage, clothing, etc…. The only saving grace from leaving the hotel entirely was a nice front desk evening lady found us a one story/floor room with a few shelves. Daily housekeeping was also terrible and felt worse than we left it for the day (nothing felt or looked clean). I have never reviewed a hotel or resort good or bad in my 30 years of extensive travels but felt impelled to worn further traveler from the United States.

Too hot the temperature inside of the room and no possibility to control it. Even in February the temperature was extrémela high, around 28. At the end going out and coming in we suffered with this temperature variations . Good and clean but too hot.

Polite front desk staff, decent location and clean (small) rooms. That's the positives!! Breakfast would be good for some, probably most, just not for me. Excellent choice of jams! Too many customers for kitchen staff to keep up so much of the food picked through or they were out of. We did have money stolen from our room and the front desk staff willing to do NOTHING to compensate or do anything about... don't trust the safe or leaving a little change on the night stand. Air conditioning was very poor with hot rooms. Somewhat loud through the walls. Have to pay for TV, which they don't tell you! Beds are VERY hard. I'm 47 and an athlete, still had sore hips and shoulders upon awakening. Overall, mediocre hotel and not worth what we paid for the 3 nights. BUT, like I said, front desk staff very polite and clean rooms.

We arrived here 7 people ( 4 adults snd 3 kids) in two rooms while the room for 3 was reasonable (though extremely small) the room for 4 was awful. No place at all for luggage and risky stairs. The reception was unwilling to help and very aggressive. The breakfast was insufficient and people had yo wait for a place yo have a sit. The location is good but rather than that it is not recommended at all

The agent made a mistake in the room they gave me at the hotel and the reception at the hotel was unwilling to try to help me because the reservation was not made directly with the hotel. Besides, there was a wall in front of the window of the room and the hotel was very crowded, especially a lot of stairs
